Price Transparency Statement:

This product may require a one-time standard implementation fee with subsequent annual maintenance fees. Additional fees may include monthly or yearly technology license fees, interface services, clinical services, and communications services, depending on which features are being used.

Per member per month fees includes technology and clinical services for Orb Health Management Programs provided during a specific calendar month.
A one-time interfacing fees may be charged to establish a connection to each third-party Health Information System with whom Orb Health currently has no relationship.
A service and maintenance fee is charged for each member who receives services each calendar month. The service and maintenance fees will vary depending upon the volume of members serviced in a particular month.
Additional Services – Depending on the customer’s needs, there may be costs for any additional services outside the standard agreement (such as additional implementation services, business analysis services, additional training services, etc.).

Limitations Statement:

As this is a modular certification and toolset, any user will be required to implement this module as part of a complete certified EHR solution in order to meet meaningful use objectives and measures. The integration of this modular solution with other solutions may require custom configuration and integration that may in some instances require separate fees.
